There are a many different positions available, just have a look at our recruitment page for more information. We also welcome any scan/wallpaper/fanart donations on any of our projects (as long as they are good quality).

Q: So how can I get your scanslations?
Th fourm has all our releases and projects for members to download. To download our release you need to register and become a member in the forum.

Q: Why don't you scanslate licensed manga? Why did you drop a project that was licensed?
We scanslate to promote Japanese mangas to English audiences in the hopes that they will be licensed. Please support the mangakas by purchasing these mangas!

Q: Can we scanslate one of your projects in another language?
We will not allow our scanslations to be translated into other languages. If you want to scanslate our mangas into another language. You will need to buy the mangas, scan them and translate on your own. This is done at great cost both monetary and in time. Exceptions may be made if your group can provide us with scans etc in return. Thank you for your understanding.

Q: Can I host your material on my Website?
Yes, you may, as long as you ask permission of the founder of Raining Mangas, this must be done due to many people abusing the project (charging money, adding/removing credits etc). Also you must give proper cedits, your site must not be supported by donations.

Q: What type of manga will you scanlate?
We mostly scanlate shoujo/smutt mangas and manhwas. We would scanlate mangas/manhwas that seems very interesting.

Q: Can I link to your scans directly?
No, but you can use the link of the forum thread containing the download link. You can upload the release yourself (after 3 days) and use that link.

Q: What if I’m interested in doing a joint project with Raining Mangas?
We are always welcoming other groups to do a joint project. But there maybe some situations that cannot allow joint projects. If a group wants to do a joint project from our Active and Upcoming project the answer is no due to positions been taken.

Q: May I use your scans for graphics (banner, layout, avatar etc.)?
Yes, you may, as long as you give proper credit.

Q: Can I link to your site?
Please, do! Whether you use our banner or just put a text link, we'd be very happy if you did.
