Scanners:
No experience is required. This position is for anybody who can give us scans of any of our projects, or any other interesting manga titles. Scanning quality must be good. Scanners can ask for their project(s) to be scanned if they aren't in the future list, we are always welcoming for more projects.

Japanese Translators
Must have a very good knowledge of Japanese, or a very experienced translator, they also must have a good command of English. A translation test must be taken and if you become a staff member you are rquired to translate at lease one chapter per 3-4 weeks

Chinese Translators
Must have a very good knowledge of Chinese, or a very experienced translator, they also must have a good command of English. A translation test must be taken and if you become a staff member you are rquired to translate at lease one chapter per 3-4 weeks

Korean Translators
Must have a very good knowledge of Korean, or a very experienced translator, they also must have a good command of English. A translation test must be taken and if you become a staff member you are rquired to translate at lease one chapter per 3-4 weeks

Proofreaders:
Must have excellent command of English grammar, and be able to fix any grammatical mistakes and/or change the clause/sentence structure in an effective way. A proof-reading test must be taken and if you become a staff member you are required to proof-read the translations for 3-5 days.

Editors:
Editor should have great skills in photoshop, they must be able to clean scans, clone out the SFX and texts, also able to re-draw damaged images, and add translations correctly. A editing test must be taken, if you are stronger in one area then the others it will be ok, you will be assigned to the areas you are most strong at. The requirment for being an editor is that you must at lease edit one chapter per month.

Quality Checkers
Must have an excellent command of English Grammar and be able to spot editing mistakes eg. bad cloning, dirt on scans, texts is not in the middle of the speech bubble etc. A QC test must be taken, Quality Checkersmust work back within 3-4 days of receiving the scanlation.

Colorists
Must be good with graphic softwares and is able to color black and white images. A colorist test must be taken and the minimum requirement is 2 coloured pages per release (depending on the release).
